Terms & conditions – #DogMomMoment Contest and Giveaway
ENTRY
1.1 Entry is open to residents of the United States age 18 or older.
1.2 The competition will be live for 6 days following the weekly competition announcement. Entries received after Saturday, May 14th at 11:59 p.m. PDT time will be invalid.
1.3 Entry to the competition must be made through the applicable method (2.1) and in accordance with the deadlines as indicated (1.2.)
1.4 No bulk, automated, machine-assisted, third party, syndicate, or other group entries will be accepted. Entries that, in Earth Animal’s reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods will be disqualified.
1.5 Earth Animal accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason beyond its control.
1.6 You must only submit images that you have taken yourself, and you must have all necessary rights to the photo to submit it.
1.7 By entering the competition, you grant Earth Animal and SketchPup by Kellin permission to use your photo and testimonial in any medium, including to edit and publish it in our paid, digital, social, and partner advertising.
ENTRY METHODS
2.1 Entries to the competition via Instagram are valid only by following Earth Animal and SketchPup, liking the competition post, and posting with the required action on a public Instagram account.
VALID ENTRIES
3.1 Entries are deemed valid if they are complete, correct, comprehensible, and received by the associated deadline (1.2).
3.2 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding, or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of Earth Animal shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES
4.1 SketchPup by Kellin will identify 5 Finalists from entries received via Instagram at the close of the entry deadline on Saturday, May 14th 11:59 p.m. PDT. The winner will then be determined by public vote on Instagram between May 16-18, and announced on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
4.2 The winner will be contacted within 1 working day of the competition closing. The winners will have a specified fixed time period of 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, although Earth Animal will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner to ensure this does not happen.
4.3 Winners will receive a custom digital pet portrait by Kellin and a bundle of Earth Animal products worth $200.
STANDARD TERMS
5.1 In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, Earth Animal shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify the entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by Earth Animal including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
5.2 Earth Animal reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5.3 Before receiving the prize, Earth Animal will contact the winner within 3 working days to ask for the winning dog’s size and preferences in Earth Animal products. The winner will be contacted separately by SketchPup by Kellin to fulfill the prize of custom digital pet portrait.
DATA & PRIVACY POLICY
If you are a competition winner, we will ask for your details, such as your address, so we can send your prize to you. This personal data is accessed by Earth Animal and no other parties will have access to your information unless we are under a duty to disclose or share personal data for legal or regulatory purposes.
