Our Guaranteed Analysis lists lactic acid producing bacteria, commonly known as probiotics. Because our Daily Health Nuggets are cold-pressed, we are able to provide viable probiotics with minimum levels. Other treats or supplements may contain the same ingredients; however, they are unable to guarantee their levels due to their exposure to heat or the kill step that is used to ensure food safety. The kill step does not discriminate between good or bad bacteria.
