Earth Animal has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy – if you are not happy with your product, please reach out to customer service and we will assist you with a refund/replacement. Please note that if you bought your product elsewhere, this policy still takes effect – but you must contact the place you purchased the product in order to proceed.

Time – How much time from purchase does a user have to request a refund?
You have 30 days from the time you purchased your product on our site to notify us of any damages, issues, or to ask for a refund
Method of refund – To the same form of payment used, store credit, anything else

Product condition – Must the item be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return?
The product does not need to be unopened, if you or your dog try the product and do not like it for any reason, we will accept the return and issue a refund.

Charges, if any – Does the user need to pay return shipping, a restocking fee, or any other charges?
Customers do not need to pay for return shipping or restocking fees – in some cases we will request the product be donated to an animal shelter or rescue rather than returned to us, on a case-by-case basis.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
