ENTRY
1.1 Entry is open to residents of the United States age 18 or older.
1.2 The competition will be live only while the survey is open from 12/6/23-12/31/23. Entries received after this time will be invalid.
1.3 Entry to the competition must be made through the applicable method (2.1) and in accordance with the deadlines as indicated (1.2.)
1.4 No bulk, automated, machine-assisted, third party, syndicate, or other group entries will be accepted. Entries that, in Earth Animal’s reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods will be disqualified.
1.5 Earth Animal accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason beyond its control.
1.6 By completing and survey and thus entering the competition, you grant Earth Animal permission to use your responses to communicate relevant information and offers to you via your provided contact information.
ENTRY METHOD
2.1 Entry to the competition is automatic with the completion of the survey.
VALID ENTRIES
3.1 Entries are deemed valid if they are complete, correct, comprehensible, and received by Earth Animal by the associated deadline (1.2).
3.2 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding, or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of Earth Animal shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES
4.1 Earth Animal will select one winner at random from entries received via the survey.
4.2 The winners will be contacted within 7 working days of the competition closing. Please note that we will only be contacting you via email from an Earth Animal representative. The winners will have a specified fixed time period of 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, although Earth Animal will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner to ensure this does not happen.
4.3 Winners will receive one (1) 8-lb bag of Earth Animal Wisdom Air-Dried (flavor to be confirmed at the discretion of Earth Animal) equaling $119.99 in retail value.
STANDARD TERMS
5.1 In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, Earth Animal shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify the entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by Earth Animal including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
5.2 Earth Animal reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5.3 Before receiving the prize, Earth Animal will contact the winner within 7 working days to ask for the winning dog’s preference in Wisdom flavor so the appropriate product can be sent.
DATA & PRIVACY POLICY
If you are a competition winner, we will ask for your details, such as your address, so we can send your prize to you. This personal data is accessed by Earth Animal and no other parties will have access to your information unless we are under a duty to disclose or share personal data for legal or regulatory purposes.
