The Small Print:  Earth Animal Ventures, Inc. (“EAV”) will pay the cost of an annual Retail Membership to IndiePet for each qualifying retailer that purchases a Retail Membership during June, 2022, subject to the terms herein. To qualify, a retailer must operate at least one brick and mortar pet retail store within the United States.  The payment made by EAV toward any one Retail Membership shall be limited to $250.00, and the retailer shall be responsible for any charge for the Retail Membership in excess of $250.00.  Qualifying retailers must use discount code EAGift22 at checkout.  EAV’s commitment is limited to an aggregate of $25,000.00 for all Retail Memberships purchased, and this program shall terminate automatically and without further notice when the aggregate dollar amount of Retail Memberships is reached. Payments will be made toward Retail Memberships in the order in which IndiePet processes the membership applications. EAV is not responsible for processing applications. All retailers using the discount code agree that neither EAV nor IndiePet will have any liability or obligation regarding the any error in the timing, acceptance, or any other aspect of the membership process that may result in a qualified retailer being denied payment of the Retail Membership under this program.  This program and the commitment of EAV shall not be considered an offer to any retailer. EAV may terminate this program at any time, with or without notice.  This program shall apply to Retail Memberships purchased during June, 2022 only and shall not apply to any renewal (automatic or otherwise) of such memberships.
