Terms and Conditions for Earth Animal’s Autoship Beta Test
By signing up for the Earth Animal Autoship Beta Test (“Beta Program”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). The Beta Program is limited to purchases of Wisdom Air-Dried Food during the testing period and requires participants to complete a minimum of three Autoship orders. These Terms are supplemental to Earth Animal’s standard Autoship Terms & Conditions, which also apply where relevant. Please read these Terms carefully.
Beta Program Participation
By enrolling in the Beta Program, you agree to place a minimum of three Autoship orders: one initial Autoship order and two subsequent Autoship orders of Wisdom Air-Dried Food during the beta testing period. These three Autoship orders are required to complete the program and qualify for the post-beta rewards.
Participants in the Beta Program will receive the following discounts:
- 35% off your first Autoship order of Wisdom Air-Dried Food.
- 15% off each subsequent Autoship order of Wisdom Air-Dried Food during the testing period.
In addition, participants who complete the Beta Program and submit the required final survey at the end of the testing period will receive 50% off their first Autoship order after the program launch. This 50% discount will apply only to the first Autoship order and not any subsequent orders. This 50% discount will apply to all products available on Autoship on EarthAnimal.com at the time of their first Autoship order post-launch.
Autoship Program Terms
The Beta Program is part of Earth Animal’s Autoship program. By placing an Autoship order and enrolling in the Beta Program, you are signing up for continuous shipments and agree to the standard Autoship Terms & Conditions, which govern the Autoship process. You may change your delivery schedule, shipping address, payment method, or products included in your orders per the standard Autoship Terms & Conditions. All modifications must be made via your EarthAnimal.com account.
Order Requirements and Deadlines
To remain eligible for the Beta Program benefits, you must place three qualifying Autoship orders during the testing period. If you do not complete all required Autoship orders within the timeframe specified by Earth Animal, you will forfeit your eligibility for the 50% post-beta Autoship discount.
You will receive email notifications before each Autoship order is processed, allowing you to modify or cancel your Autoship order. Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your selected processing date. Failure to modify or cancel an Autoship order by this deadline will result in automatic processing of the Autoship order using the payment method you provided.
Post-Beta Autoship Discount
To qualify for the 50% discount on your first Autoship order after the official program launch, you must complete the final survey provided at the end of the Beta Program. The discount will be applied to your first Autoship order after the launch of the Autoship program and will include all products available for Autoship on EarthAnimal.com. Failure to complete the survey will result in forfeiture of this discount.
Pricing & Payment
The pricing for each order during the Beta Program will reflect the applicable discounts: 35% off the first order and 15% off subsequent orders. Standard taxes, shipping fees, and Autoship terms apply. Your chosen payment method will be billed upon shipment of each order.
Program Modifications & Termination
Earth Animal reserves the right to modify or terminate the Beta Program or Autoship program at any time, including changing the discount amounts or eligibility criteria. If the Beta Program is terminated, you will only be charged for Autoship orders that have already been shipped. Any changes to the program will be communicated through updates to these Terms, and your continued participation will constitute acceptance of any changes.
Additional Terms
All other standard Autoship terms apply. The Beta Program and associated discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically noted.
