Finnegan approved! This balm is amazing. Our dog got hot spots on his face and stomach while temporarily on a medication. I spent $200 at the vet for his hot spots and got NO results. The vet gave me a horrible spray (what dog wants to be sprayed???) that was stinky, traumatic, and useless. But this herbal balm, combined with the “Allergy & Skin” tincture immediately relieved his symptoms. He stopped itching and healed completely within a couple weeks. I still have him on the tincture and he has been hot spot free for a while now. His eyes are less goopy, too. (I’m not saying don’t go to the vet, but I’m glad to now have these things on hand in my home first aid kit. Could have saved money and trauma.)
This dog is so fussy, he doesn’t let me put ANYTHING on him. He hates the smell of topicals and sprays and will freak out and growl at me as soon as he smells or sees them, but he happily lets me put this balm on him.
