In 2015, we set the pace for digestibility testing on rawhide alternatives with our longstanding partner Dr. Tim Bowser, a food scientist and leading expert in digestibility. Dr. Bowser is now an industry leader in digestibility testing in the rawhide alternative chew space, using learnings at Earth Animal to help create safer chews at other companies. We are proud to be on the forefront of safety for animals. And, true to its reason for creation, we pride ourselves that No Hides continually offer greater digestibility over rawhide.
Our testing protocols:
We use a 24-hour in-vitro test to understand total digestibility in the stomach (6 hours) and intestine (18 hours). Gastric and intestinal juices are used to mimic the dog’s GI tract. Scores are based on degradation “digestion” of the product.
We annually benchmark our product for digestibility against rawhide and our key competitors to ensure our stringent safety guidelines are met.

My 8 pound dog loves this. He’s been on him his whole life it’ll be two years in January. But this so hard to find in stores I’m not having any luck.
But I will keep going on a scavenger hunts and search websites but if anybody finds the venison flavored chew sticks I’m all in

My Yorkie LOVES these! It’s hard to find things that are both safe for him to chew due to his small size and that he enjoys since he is so picky. However he goes nuts whenever I give him this. Plus I’m sure it helps clean his tiny teeth. I at first tried these from a local pet store and here I am again as a happy returning customer

My miniature poodle loves it! He is sensitive to certain ingredients but he has no issue at all with Venison. He chews on it little by little as he treasures every minute.

My senior Lhasa has never liked hard treats or any type of chew until I bought him these… HE LOVES THEM! His senior Shorkie sister likes a few chews, but not the bigger named companies version, and she loves these as well. The fact that they will eat them is great the fact that they have been chewing on them for over an hour each helping clean their teeth and keeping them occupied while not triggering their allergies is the most amazing part of this product!
