General Terms

The following terms apply to all Promotions listed on this page.

Discount Value

  • Applicable to Item Price Only: The discount applies to the item price only and does not include sales tax or any additional fees.
  • No Cash Value: Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available at checkout for orders of $75 or more after all discounts are applied. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The Company’s standard Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed using a coupon code.

Returns & Refunds

The Company’s standard Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy apply to all orders placed using a coupon code.

Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website. In the event of early termination, all qualifying purchases made prior to the termination date will be honored.

General Conditions

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may impact participation in a Promotion.
  • Fraud: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activities or violates these Terms or other applicable policies.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles, and venue for any dispute regarding a Promotion shall be in the state courts in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
