Product Offers

The following offers apply automatically to specific products and require no code.

Product Offer — BOGO Pricing: Wisdom Wet Cat Food

Offer: 50% off the regular price of each eligible Wisdom wet cat food product when two (2) or more eligible cat food products are in the same order. The discount is applied as a 50% price reduction on each eligible item; no free item is added to the order. On an order of two eligible items, the order total equals the regular price of one item ("BOGO pricing").

Eligibility: Open to all customers. Applies to one-time purchases only. Wisdom wet cat food products are not currently available for Autoship; this offer does not apply to Autoship orders.

How to Redeem: No code required. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when the order contains two (2) or more eligible items.

Usage: Applies to every eligible item in a qualifying order. No limit on the number of qualifying orders per customer during the offer period.

Autoship Offers

Autoship is Earth Animal's recurring order program. Autoship offers are applied automatically to a qualifying Autoship order; no code is required. To receive an Autoship offer, a customer must have an active Autoship subscription on the qualifying product(s). Autoship discounts apply to eligible subscription and one-time line items as described in each offer and are calculated per line item.

Autoship Offer — 20% Off First Order + 5% Off Recurring Orders

Offer: 20% off your first Autoship order, then 5% off every recurring Autoship order thereafter. This offer applies to all products except Wisdom Air-Dried Dog Food 8 lb bags, which are covered by the separate Autoship offer below.

Eligibility: Open to all customers who enroll in Autoship on a qualifying product.

How to Redeem: No code required. The discount is applied automatically to your Autoship order at the time each order is processed.

Usage: The 20% first-order discount applies once, to your first Autoship order. The 5% recurring discount applies to each subsequent Autoship order for as long as the subscription remains active and the offer remains in effect.

Duration: Valid beginning Thursday, August 14, 2026, and remains in effect until modified or discontinued by the Company.

Referral Program — Give $20, Get $20 ("Give 20 Get 20")

Offer: Refer a friend to Earth Animal. Your friend receives $20 off their first order (minimum order subtotal $50 before the discount), and you (the referring customer, or "Advocate") receive a $20 discount code once your friend completes a qualifying purchase.

Eligibility: Open to Earth Animal customers and email subscribers who enroll in the referral program and receive a personal referral link. Referred friends must be new customers who have not previously purchased from Earth Animal. Participants must be U.S. residents and of legal age of majority in their state of residence. Company employees are not eligible to earn referral rewards.

How to Redeem (Friend): The referred friend uses the Advocate's referral link, or enters the friend code provided, and the $20 discount is applied at checkout to a qualifying first order with a subtotal of $50 or more before the discount.

How the Advocate Earns: The Advocate receives a $20 discount code after the referred friend completes their first purchase (subtotal of $50 or more before the discount) and after the standard order review period, provided the order is not cancelled, returned, or refunded. The Advocate's $20 reward code has no minimum order requirement.

Usage: One (1) friend discount per referred friend, applied to the friend's first order only. Advocate reward codes are limited to one (1) use per order, one (1) order per code. There is no limit on the number of friends an Advocate may refer or the number of reward codes an Advocate may earn.

Duration: Valid beginning Wednesday, August 6, 2026, and remains in effect until discontinued by the Company. Friend discount codes and Advocate reward codes do not expire unless otherwise stated at issuance.

How to Qualify: The referred friend's order must have a subtotal of at least $50 before the discount is applied, and must be the friend's first purchase from Earth Animal. The Advocate must be enrolled in the referral program with a valid referral link.

Exclusions: Not valid on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers. Self-referrals are not permitted; an Advocate may not use their own referral link to place their own order.

Fraud & Abuse: The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards and to remove any participant from the program for suspected fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith activity, including self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, or referrals not made in good faith to genuine new customers.

General Terms

The following terms apply to all Promotions listed on this page.

Discount Value

Applicable to Item Price Only: The discount applies to the item price only and does not include sales tax or any additional fees.

No Cash Value: Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available at checkout for orders of $75 or more after all discounts are applied. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The Company's standard Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed using a coupon code. This threshold may be temporarily superseded by an active Promotion, as stated in that Promotion's terms above.

Returns & Refunds

The Company's standard Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy apply to all orders placed using a coupon code.

Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website. In the event of early termination, all qualifying purchases made prior to the termination date will be honored.

General Conditions

Limitation of Liability: The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may impact participation in a Promotion.

Fraud: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activities or violates these Terms or other applicable policies.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles, and venue for any dispute regarding a Promotion shall be in the state courts in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
