Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States (after any discounts are applied). For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies: Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is $9.99, and Express Shipping (2-3 business days) is $24.99.
If you need your order faster than within 3 days, please reach out to our customer care team directly via our website contact form and we will help arrange a faster shipment.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders generally ship within 1 business day and generally arrive within 3–6 business days. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. Orders placed before 11:30am ET Mon–Fri ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.
Please note: Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. While delays are uncommon, they can happen due to weather, high shipping volumes, or carrier routing. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, reach out to us at customerservice@earthanimal.com or call 855-326-4625 and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I Need to Sign for My Package?
No signature required. If you’re not home, the carrier will leave your package at your door.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States. If you’re in Canada, the UK, or elsewhere, use our Store Locator at earthanimal.com/find to find a retailer near you.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes?
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes, though delivery times may vary and additional shipping charges may apply. These will be shown at checkout.
Order Cancellation
Once you place an order, it begins processing right away so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at customerservice@earthanimal.com or 855-326-4625 and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships, though we can’t guarantee it. If your order has already shipped, no problem — see our Refund Policy to start a return.
