Cancellation policy

This policy describes how Autoship (subscription) orders work on earthanimal.com and how you can manage, skip, pause, or cancel them. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

How Autoship Works

By activating an Autoship subscription at checkout, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency and price shown at checkout, billed to the payment method you provided. Your Autoship is processed by our subscription provider, Recharge, on behalf of Earth Animal.

Your Autoship will continue automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel, skip, or pause. Pricing may include an introductory discount on your first order and a different recurring discount on subsequent orders, as displayed at checkout. We will send a reminder email before each upcoming order with a link to your account where you can make changes.

Managing Your Autoship

You can pause, skip, swap products, change frequency, or update your shipping address or payment method at any time by:

Changes must be made before your next order processes in order to apply to that order. If your order has already processed, please contact customer service promptly and we will do our best to update or cancel the order before it ships, though we cannot guarantee this.

Cancelling Your Autoship

You can cancel your Autoship at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel before your next scheduled order has processed, you will not be charged for any further orders. If your order has already processed, please contact customer service promptly and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, though we cannot guarantee this. If the order has already shipped, please see our Refund Policy to request a return or refund.

Refunds

Refunds on Autoship orders follow our standard Refund Policy. To request a return or refund, contact customer service.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined when an Autoship order is processed, we may attempt to retry the charge and will contact you to update your payment information. If we are unable to successfully process payment after reasonable attempts, your Autoship may be paused or cancelled.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
