The Earth Animal name, logo, and product names (including No-Hide®, Wisdom®, and Nature’s Protection®) are trademarks of Earth Animal. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Product Reviews

We value honest feedback from our customers. Product reviews displayed on our Site are collected exclusively from verified purchasers who have bought the product being reviewed, either directly from earthanimal.com or from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase.

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your review content (including any photos or videos) in any medium for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent that any review you submit:

•          Reflects your genuine experience with the product

•          Is accurate and not misleading

•          Does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

•          Does not violate any third party’s rights

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines, contain spam or promotional content, or are not from verified purchasers. We do not edit review content, but we may decline to publish reviews that do not meet our guidelines.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

(ii) identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
(iii) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
(iv) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for the judicial district of Connecticut, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or their agent.

Repeat Infringers. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
